1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gradient website at gradientl.sbs and your participation in any course offered by Gradient ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Gradient is registered in Bangkok, Thailand, and operates as an online school for AI development. Our courses are offered to adult learners aged 18 and over.

2. Our Services

Gradient offers online courses in Python programming and AI development. As of the effective date, three tracks are available:

Course details, including content, duration, and structure, are described on the Solutions page. We may adjust course details at our discretion. Where material changes are made, enrolled learners will be notified.

3. Enrolment & Access

Enrolment begins once payment has been received and confirmed. Access to course materials is granted to the individual learner only and may not be shared with others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login credentials associated with your account.

Access to materials remains available for the duration of the course plus a reasonable period after completion. We do not commit to indefinite access to past course materials.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payment is due at the time of enrolment. We accept payment methods listed on the enrolment page. Prices are subject to change; the fee in effect at the time of your enrolment applies to your registration.

If a payment fails or is reversed, access to course materials may be suspended until the matter is resolved. Please contact us at [email protected] if you experience any difficulty with payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are typically processed within 14 business days.

After the 7-day period, or once more than 20% of the content has been accessed, we are unable to offer a refund. If exceptional circumstances apply, please write to us and we will consider each case individually.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our website or course platform, you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any learner whose conduct is disruptive, dishonest, or otherwise contrary to these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, website content, graphics, and design elements are the property of Gradient or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning. This licence does not permit you to republish, reproduce, or adapt any content for commercial or public purposes without prior written consent.

Work you produce as part of a course project remains your own. By submitting project work for mentor review, you grant Gradient a non-exclusive licence to use that work anonymously for quality improvement purposes.

8. Course Content

We aim to keep course content accurate and current. However, the field of AI development changes quickly, and some materials may not reflect the very latest tools or practices. We make no representation that completing a course will produce any particular skill level, employment outcome, or qualification.

Course content is provided for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice in any specific domain.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Gradient shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or courses. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or reliance on course content for decisions in professional or commercial contexts.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course.

10. Third-Party Tools

Some courses reference or link to third-party platforms, libraries, or tools. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the practices, policies, or availability of third-party services. Any use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and conditions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our website or courses after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For enrolled learners, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes by email where possible.
